Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Great question. Unfortunately due to the use of third party distributors for all products aside from handmade goods, we cannot offer discounted delivery. As for pick up, if you are in the Niagara region and would like to pick up your order, just contact us before placing it and we can arrange that. For privacy reasons I will not be allowing local pick up through checkout.

How long until my order ships?

For all handmade products, we will ship out orders within 5 business days. For all other products, production and shipping time varies. Typically orders will be in production in 2 business days, and shipped within 5-10. This can differ from distributor, and times may be delayed due to high production numbers. We do not process orders on weekends, only Monday-Friday. 

How is shipping cost determined?

Because I use third party distributors for most of my products, shipping rates are out of my hands and up to the company producing the products, as well as local postal rates. 

How do I care for my moon painting?

My moon paintings are adorned with real, hand pressed flowers and botanicals, so they can be delicate! While I do coat all paintings with a semi gloss glaze, avoid cleaning products and moisture when cleaning. A hardly-damp or dry microfibre cloth and a very light hand should do the trick. Avoid displaying in direct sunlight to avoid sun bleaching of colours.

How do I care for my hand printed tote bag?

Your bag is machine washable and dryer safe! Lay flat or hang to dry to avoid wrinkles, or iron on low with a thin cloth over the graphic. 

Do you offer commissions?

At this time, no. To avoid overwhelming myself with orders and pressure to meet expectations, I have decided I will no longer be offering custom works. Each design and painting I do is made with immense love and care, and I believe enjoying my process creates products infused with good vibes. I only want good vibes for my customers and myself.

I messed up (xyz) on my checkout! How can I fix this?

Shipping/return policy?

COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the worldwide pandemic, all International/Canada orders will be final sale until further notice. No exchanges or returns for store credit will be accepted. So please look at any and all measurements and ask any questions you may have about an item before purchasing! 

Not happy with your purchase? We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us with your order number and email used to purchase, and we will get that started for you.
